Товар не соответствует требованиям Директивы о безопасности игрушек.","en":"This product poses a risk of suffocation because during testing, when swung around in the air, the cord stretched to cover a radius of at least 2 metres. It is therefore possible for the cord to wrap itself around a child's neck (two or three times) when swung around in the air and for the ball, or the other counter-weight, to get stuck in this position when the child jerks his/her shoulders. Once it is wrapped around the neck, the elastic cord exerts pressure, partially blocking blood circulation and making it difficult to breathe. Given that elastic adheres to skin and is very strong, it is difficult for children to disentangle themselves. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive.","translated":true},"legal_provisions":null,"description":{"text":"Описание: 1) шар из цветного пластика, наполненный воздухом, с мягкой щетиной, двумя глазами, содержащий твёрдый шарик, который мигает при использовании йо-йо; 2) пластиковый шар в форме глаза, наполненный вязкой жидкостью и помещённый в коробку, предназначенную для игрушки другого типа под названием «YO-YO WATER BALL».","en":"Description: 1) ball made of coloured plastic, filled with air, with soft bristles, two eyes, containing a hard ball which flashes when the yo-yo is used;2) plastic ball in the form of an eye, filled with a viscous liquid and contained in a box intended for another type of toy called \"YO-YO WATER BALL”.","translated":true},"packaging":null,"origin_country":{"code":"CN","label":"Китай","en":"People's Republic of China","translated":true},"notifying_country":{"code":"FR","label":"Франция","en":"France","translated":true},"counterfeit":{"key":"option.no","source_key":"option.no","label":"Нет","en":"No","translated":true},"sold_online":{"key":"option.no","source_key":"option.no","label":"Нет","en":"No","translated":true},"online_trader":null,"professional_use":false,"corrigendum":null,"measures":[{"category":{"key":"measure.category.other","source_key":"measure.category.other","label":"Другое","en":"Other","translated":true},"details":{"text":"Товары изъяты таможенными органами.","en":"Products seized by the customs authorities.","translated":true},"type":{"key":"measure.type.compulsory","source_key":"measure.type.compulsory","label":"Обязательные меры","en":"Compulsory measures","translated":true},"taken_by":{"key":"measure.operator.other","source_key":"measure.operator.other","label":"Другое","en":"Other","translated":true},"effective":null}],"photos":[{"id":-1227723,"thumb":"https://cdn.weblocally.com/safety-gate/-11257/-1227723-t.webp","full":"https://cdn.weblocally.com/safety-gate/-11257/-1227723-f.webp"},{"id":-1227724,"thumb":"https://cdn.weblocally.com/safety-gate/-11257/-1227724-t.webp","full":"https://cdn.weblocally.com/safety-gate/-11257/-1227724-f.webp"}],"url":"https://safety.weblocally.com/ru/alert/-11257","api_url":"https://safety.weblocally.com/api/v1/alerts/-11257?lang=ru","source_url":"https://ec.europa.eu/safety-gate-alerts/screen/webReport/alertDetail/-11257","license":"Data © European Union, Safety Gate.
