These include, in particular, the key ring with the chain, the squeeze valve and the eyes. If these parts are pulled off or out and a child places them in his mouth, there is a risk of choking. During the tensile test, the key ring slipped off the neck of the toy at 18 N which is less than required. The entire key ring, together with the chain, could then pass through the cylinder for small parts.
