The pins which hold the plastic cylinder in place are liable to break when the book is dropped repeatedly. The pins that are thus released fit in the small part cylinder and pose a choking hazard; - in some extreme cases, the top of the cylinder comes off, releasing small beads inside. Both the beads and the top fit in the small part cylinder and are choking hazards. The producer has received two customer complaints that the cylinder broke and beads were released. No injuries have been reported.
