Переднее колесо слишком маленькое и может застрять в ямах на земле. Рука ребёнка может соскользнуть с рукоятки. Это может привести к потере ребёнком равновесия и падению, что вызовет травмы. Кроме того, крепёжные отверстия рулевой трубы слишком большие, что позволяет ребёнку просунуть в них палец/пальцы и получить травму.","en":"The steering tube and the folding mechanism of the scooter are not sufficiently stable. The front wheel is too small and could get stuck in holes in the ground. The child's hand can slip off the handle. These could cause the child to lose balance and fall off, leading to injuries. In addition the fixing holes of the steering tube are too large, allowing a child to stick a finger/s in them and become injured.","translated":true},"legal_provisions":{"text":"Товар не соответствует требованиям Директивы 2009/48/ЕС о безопасности игрушек и европейского стандарта EN 71-1.","en":"The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.","translated":true},"description":{"text":"Чёрно-синий игрушечный самокат с двумя колёсами спереди и одним колесом сзади.","en":"Black and blue toy scooter with two wheels at the front and one wheel at the rear.","translated":true},"packaging":{"text":"Прозрачная пластиковая плёнка","en":"Transparent plastic foil","translated":true},"origin_country":null,"notifying_country":{"code":"HU","label":"Венгрия","en":"Hungary","translated":true},"counterfeit":null,"sold_online":null,"online_trader":null,"professional_use":false,"corrigendum":null,"measures":[{"category":{"key":"measure.category.recall.of.product.from.consumers","source_key":"measure.category.recall.of.product.from.consumers","label":"Отзыв товара у конечных потребителей","en":"Recall of the product from end users","translated":true},"details":null,"type":{"key":"measure.type.compulsory","source_key":"measure.type.compulsory","label":"Обязательные меры","en":"Compulsory measures","translated":true},"taken_by":{"key":"measure.operator.distributor","source_key":"measure.operator.distributor","label":"Дистрибьютор","en":"Distributor","translated":true},"effective":"2023-06-08"},{"category":{"key":"measure.category.withdrawal.of.product.from.market","source_key":"measure.category.withdrawal.of.product.from.market","label":"Изъятие товара с рынка","en":"Withdrawal of the product from the market","translated":true},"details":null,"type":{"key":"measure.type.compulsory","source_key":"measure.type.compulsory","label":"Обязательные меры","en":"Compulsory measures","translated":true},"taken_by":{"key":"measure.operator.distributor","source_key":"measure.operator.distributor","label":"Дистрибьютор","en":"Distributor","translated":true},"effective":"2023-06-08"}],"photos":[{"id":10092821,"thumb":"https://cdn.weblocally.com/safety-gate/10010138/10092821-t.webp","full":"https://cdn.weblocally.com/safety-gate/10010138/10092821-f.webp"},{"id":10092820,"thumb":"https://cdn.weblocally.com/safety-gate/10010138/10092820-t.webp","full":"https://cdn.weblocally.com/safety-gate/10010138/10092820-f.webp"},{"id":10092822,"thumb":"https://cdn.weblocally.com/safety-gate/10010138/10092822-t.webp","full":"https://cdn.weblocally.com/safety-gate/10010138/10092822-f.webp"}],"url":"https://safety.weblocally.com/ru/alert/10010138","api_url":"https://safety.weblocally.com/api/v1/alerts/10010138?lang=ru","source_url":"https://ec.europa.eu/safety-gate-alerts/screen/webReport/alertDetail/10010138","license":"Data © European Union, Safety Gate.
