Если ребёнок играет с ним, пластик может закрыть рот и нос, вызвав удушье у ребёнка.","en":"The screw-clamp locking device on the steering column may fail to stop the column from dropping during use. This could cause the child to fall and be injured. Additionally, the product lacks the appropriate instructions for use when folding and unfolding the scooter. If this is not correctly done, it increases the risk of injuries to the user. Moreover, the steering column is in a plastic bag which is too thin. If a child plays with it, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose, causing the child to suffocate.","translated":true},"legal_provisions":{"text":"Товар не соответствует требованиям Директивы 2009/48/ЕС о безопасности игрушек.","en":"The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive.","translated":true},"description":{"text":"Игрушечный самокат с мордой динозавра спереди, предназначенный для маленьких детей.","en":"Toy scooter with a dinosaur face at the front, intended for young children.","translated":true},"packaging":{"text":"Зелёная картонная коробка с изображением товара на лицевой стороне.","en":"Green cardboard box with the illustration of the product on the face side.","translated":true},"origin_country":{"code":"CN","label":"Китай","en":"People's Republic of China","translated":true},"notifying_country":{"code":"XI","label":"Великобритания (Северная Ирландия)","en":"United Kingdom in respect of Northern Ireland","translated":true},"counterfeit":{"key":"option.no","source_key":"option.no","label":"Нет","en":"No","translated":true},"sold_online":{"key":"option.no","source_key":"option.no","label":"Нет","en":"No","translated":true},"online_trader":null,"professional_use":false,"corrigendum":null,"measures":[{"category":{"key":"measure.category.import.rejected.at.border","source_key":"measure.category.import.rejected.at.border","label":"Отказ во ввозе на границе","en":"Import rejected at border","translated":true},"details":null,"type":{"key":"measure.type.compulsory","source_key":"measure.type.compulsory","label":"Обязательные меры","en":"Compulsory measures","translated":true},"taken_by":{"key":"measure.operator.importer","source_key":"measure.operator.importer","label":"Импортёр","en":"Importer","translated":true},"effective":"2024-11-18"}],"photos":[{"id":10958589,"thumb":"https://cdn.weblocally.com/safety-gate/10094249/10958589-t.webp","full":"https://cdn.weblocally.com/safety-gate/10094249/10958589-f.webp"}],"url":"https://safety.weblocally.com/ru/alert/10094249","api_url":"https://safety.weblocally.com/api/v1/alerts/10094249?lang=ru","source_url":"https://ec.europa.eu/safety-gate-alerts/screen/webReport/alertDetail/10094249","license":"Data © European Union, Safety Gate.
