What is the danger

This quad bike poses a risk of injuries and burns because: - There is no differential fitted, causing operating problems for the driver and making overturning the bike more likely. - The drive chain and sprocket is not guarded. - There is a space next to the foot rest, causing a trapping hazard and the possibility of burns from the adjacent exhaust pipe. - There are sharp edges on the bike. - The fuel system was insecure in part. - The bike seat was insecure. - The construction of the bike was extremely poor, with poor quality welding, electrics, mounting bolts, braking and fuel systems.
