What is the danger

- It is possible to place one pin of a plug into the converter plug while at the same time the other pin can be touched. Both pins of the converter plug are bare metal, without insulation. During insertion of the converter plug into a non-earthed outlet the pins can be touched while they are already in contact with live parts of the outlet. - A nylon tie was used as cord anchorage. The cord could twist and be pushed into the luminaire, putting strain on the terminals. The conductors could become loose from the terminals and short-circuit. - There was no lamp holder. The wiring was connected directly to the lamp using metal-shaped bushes. While replacing the lamp these bushes are accessible and must be removed by hand. This product does not comply with the relevant standard - EN 60598-1.
