What is the danger
The product poses a serious chemical risk, if consumers had skin contact with the product or inhale the vapour, because the rubber solution contains > 60% of benzene. Benzene is classified as carcinogenic (category I), mutagenic (category II) and toxic. In addition, the labelling is incorrect and incomplete : - benzene is not listed; - the product must be classified as toxic and highly flammable; - a number of mandatory risk and safety sentences are absent; - the content (volume) was not indicated.
