What is the danger

This product poses a risk of injuries because: - there is insufficient guarding of the engine drive chain and rear-most sprocket; - the fuel is vented via the filler cap directly in front of the rider which has health, machine control and fire hazard implications; - the fuel pipe and tank were insecure; - the engine stop has no additional action to re-set; - the handlebar levers are not ball ended; - there was no reserve travel on the off-side brake operating lever (front brake) which means that it cannot achieve full braking efficiency if required; - the free movement of the steering mechanism was being fouled by mis-aligned body parts. The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive.
