What is the danger

This product poses a serious risk of damage to hearing because the A-weighted sound pressure level produced by the toy is 92 dB which is greater than the maximum of 80 dB permitted for close-to- the-ear toys. This toy does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.
