What is the danger

This product poses a serious risk of choking because the teat can detach from the base of the dummy in cases where the rubber had undergone accelerated deterioration as a result of exposure to sources of heat or ultraviolet light. A small number of customer complaints has been registered and one incident has been reported where the baby was admitted to hospital but is now well.
