What is the danger
The product poses a risk of injuries due to incorrect construction and openings in the access zone, where the fingers and the foot of a child could be entrapped. The product contains the following non-compliances with the relevant standard: - in the access zones on the seat back, on the playing part, on the side and on front of the chair, there are accessible openings or holes from 7 mm to 25mm, where the fingers of a child can be entrapped although there should not be accessible gaps on the access zone according to the standard; - a pin with cross-section of 7 mm goes into the holes; - the playing part falls down using only 80 N of horizontal strength whereas the 200 N is required by the standard; - chair falls down using 200 N vertical strength on the centre of the playing part although it should keep its stability when playing part is pulled out to side position; - the instructions for use in Lithuanian are missing. One incident where a child of 8 month pushed the playing part to the side position has been reported.
