What is the danger

The product poses a risk of : - electric shock because it does not comply with the requirements of the shock-protection Class II and the earth connection of the power supply cord is missing; - injuries because the teeth of the comb that are of plastic and have sharp edges that could hurt the skin. This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60335-1.
