What is the danger

As a result a child is not able to stop safely the bicycle, - the handlebar grips do not have sufficiently extended and guarded ends. They therefore pose a risk of slipping of the hands from the handlebars and consequently a fall of a child during riding, - safety warnings and instructions are inadequate. Despite the last notice, the bicycle has no brakes.
