What is the danger

The handlebars might come loose from their correct position while the motorcycle is being manhandled or ridden so that there is a risk of falling. The upper yokes and both handlebar retaining clamps of the vehicles in question are being replaced. One accident involving material damage or personal injury has been reported worldwide.
