What is the danger

The product poses a risk of electric shock because: - there is no protection against accidental contact with live components (heating elements), since the mains switch is bridged (two blue wires) and there is therefore no all-pole disconnection from the mains supply. Depending on the position of the plug in the socket, both heating elements may be connected to the phase; - the internal wires are not sufficiently insulated and are not adequately secured, leaving the live and accessible components less than 4 mm apart; - the connection of the earth wires does not meet the requirements of the standard.
