What is the danger

The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 7% of di-2-ethyl-hexylphthalate (DEHP) in the spinning top's coloured wire insulation (permitted limit value: 0.1%). According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.
