What is the danger

The product poses a chemical risk because the plastic on the back of the bib contains 2.96% of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate DEHP by weight. According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in childcare articles are prohibited.
