What is the danger

The product poses a risk of electric shock, because: - the flasher unit is not sufficiently anchored on to the cable, - the mains cable is not suitable for outdoor use, - the cover of the flashing device does not pass the test, - the product does not pass the test and may break between current-carrying parts and external insulation of flasher unit. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
