What is the danger

Teat contains mixtures of two banned phthalates (3,2% w/w DBP, 4.6 % w/w DEHP) from use in PVC toys and childcare articles intended to be put in the mouth of small children. Product also contains 17.1% w/w of another phthalate ( DIBP).
