What is the danger
The product poses a risk of burns because: - the heat levels of both the red and the black cable (67 K and 85 K respectively) exceed the maximum temperatures permitted (45 K for the red and 15 K for the black), - the drop in voltage measured in the two cables (>10 V) exceeds the level permitted (1.05 V).
