What is the danger

This product poses a risk of choking because parts of the toy which fit entirely into the small parts cylinder can grow in size by more than 50% after being placed in water. If a child swallows parts, contact with the saliva or gastric juices will cause the toy to grow in size, which may cause asphyxia.
