What is the danger
The mains adaptor poses a risk of electric shock because the clearances/creepage distances between the primary and the secondary windings in the transformer are less than required and there are no insulation tubes on the output wires. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD) and the relevant European standard EN 60950.
