What is the danger
The product poses a chemical risk because the inner lining leather contains 10.5 mg/kg dimethylfumarate (DMF). Dimethylfumarate is a substance which is strongly sensitising on contact with the skin. Consumer products containing dimethylfumarate are banned according to the Commission Decision 2009/251/EC.
