What is the danger
The products pose a risk of choking because, although not foodstuffs, they have the form, colour, odour, appearance, packing, labelling, volume or size, such that it is likely that consumers, especially children, will confuse them with foodstuff and in consequence, place them in the mouth or suck or ingest them. The products fit into the small parts cylinder. The products do not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
