What is the danger
The product poses a risk of choking because these imitation cherries may be mistaken for real fruit. Once the stem is detached, the imitation cherries fit entirely into the small parts cylinder. Therefore, these imitation cherries pose a choking hazard for consumers and children in particular, if swallowed or inhaled, regardless of any warnings provided. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
