What is the danger
During the tension test the nose of the toy came off. The nose fits in the small parts cylinder, thus posing a risk of suffocation. The toy does not comply with the Toys Directive and the European Standards.

- Corrigendum concerning notification no. 2 (0740/05): Please note that according to the information provided by the producer on the packaging of the product, the quick release snap hook "Kong, model AISI 316" should be used for water skiing, trick competition and racing and slalom. There are no indications that this product is dangerous for such uses. The safety problems have occured when the product has been used for used for kite-surfing.
