What is the danger
The fake bulb screw of the toy can easily detach during use, releasing the internal flashing capsule with button batteries. This capsule can easily break, leaving the button batteries accessible. A child could put them in the mouth, which could cause damage to the child’s gastrointestinal tract or choking.
