What is the danger
The product can easily release small parts. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke on them. Also, a child may be strangled when the elastic cord is stretched.
Requirements breached
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71-1.

- Octopus-shaped flashing rubber puffer ball with elastic rope and many limbs, which are finished with colored tassels. The toy's body has a plastic hinge and a very elastic cord with end eyelet for fastening the toy to a finger. Inside, there is a fluorescent ball.
