What is the danger
The cables inside the mains power cord are too thin. They could overheat during normal use, which could cause burns to the user or even lead to a fire. Furthermore, the insulation and size of the pins of the mains plug and output connector are inappropriate, leaving live parts accessible. The user could touch the accessible live parts and receive an electric shock.
