What is the danger

The dimension of the openable Europe plug is significantly smaller than required. Single-pole or partial insertion of a plug into the adaptor is possible. If one of the pins is inserted in a socket, the user could touch the pins of the other plug. Furthermore, the product has a protection class II plug and therefore no earth connection. However, an appliance of protection class I (which should be earthed) may be connected to the device and would consequently not be earthed. The user could consequently receive an electric shock.
