What is the danger
The cross-sections area of the PVC-insulated protective conductor core is smaller than the required. The cables could overheat during use leading to a fire or to the user receiving burns. The mechanical strength of the protective shutters is inadequate and the user could touch the accessible live parts and receive an electric shock.
