What is the danger

During the folding procedure of the product, a child may introduce a limb or part of the body in the opening. Consequently, the child will be trapped, or have a limb or part of the body crushed. Moreover, the plastic bag of the packaging is too thin. If a child plays with the packaging, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose, causing the child to suffocate.

Requirements breached

The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive and of the relevant European standard EN 71.

Packaging

The product is sold in a black and transparent plastic packaging. The plastic packaging is larger than 100mm per 100mm and made from a too thin plastic.
