What is the danger

The fuel tank ventilation pipe may have a split, which may allow diesel fuel to escape during refueling or driving. Consequently, the leaked fuel may get into contact with the exhaust system, increasing risk of fire, or leak onto the road, posing a risk to the following traffic.
