What is the danger
Due to poor construction, soldered conductors on the primary circuit may detach and touch part of the secondary circuit; also, the clearance/creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient. Furthermore, the dielectric strength of the product insulation is insufficient. Hence, accessible parts can become live and the user could receive an electric shock from them.
