What is the danger
Live parts of the control gear are accessible during replacement of the fuse if it is inserted in its base without the fuse carrier. Consequently, a person could touch the live parts and receive an electric shock.

- A12/01065/21: following new information from the notifying National Authority, this notification was updated. In particular, the notifying National Authority indicated that the manufacturer has taken corrective actions (recalled the batch, changed the fuse holder and added installation instructions). The new product can be identified from the new model type HPS/MH1000/C(R1) on the marking plate.
