What is the danger

This product contains nicotine (2%), which is classified as acutely toxic, but it does not have a leaflet providing the consumer with information about safe and correct use of the product. Furthermore, the product contains more than the maximum permitted amount of nicotine (announced value 6 ml). Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested.
