What is the danger
The rattles can easily break, resulting in small parts, and their handles are too long. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke. The drum can break easily, creating sharp edges which may cause cuts. Moreover, the warning on the safe use of a percussion toy is missing. If the toy is used improperly it may cause damage to hearing.
