What is the danger

When the external temperature is below 3°C, the front windscreen wiper stops working when the vehicle stops. It will start working again after the vehicle has been driven at more than 10 km/h (during the same driving cycle) or during the next driving cycle after the vehicle has been restarted on with the key, increasing the risk of an accident.

Requirements breached
