Bath toy set

What is the danger

Small plastic parts (squeaking element) may easily detach from the toy. A small child may put them in the mouth and choke on them. Furthermore, the geometric shapes of the toys protrude too much. A child could easily insert the toys in the mouth, risking to block the air ways. Also, the plastic bag of the packaging is too thin. If a child plays with the packaging, the plastic can cover the mouth and nose, causing the child to suffocate.
