What is the danger
Live parts can become accessible when the lamps are being replaced or if they break. Also, the wires inside the lamp sockets can easily twist and short-circuit. A user may receive an electric shock. Furthermore, connections between the lamp holders and the lamp heads may be too tight, which can cause overheating; therefore, a user may suffer burns.
