What is the danger

Based on the labelling, the product contains nicotine, which is classified as acutely toxic, but it lacks a leaflet providing the consumer with information about safe and correct use of the product. Furthermore, the product contains more than the maximum permitted amount of liquid (announced value 2.8 ml). Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested.

Requirements breached

The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
