What is the danger

The product contains nicotine. However, it lacks the required labelling and a leaflet providing the consumer with information about safe and correct use of the product. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested.

Requirements breached

The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.

Description

Inhalers with flavored e-liquid (1,5 ml), similar to an e-cigarette. Product also sold online.

Packaging

The inhalers are packed in a semi-transparent plastic package which is placed in a cardboard box and labeled with: name, volume of e-liquid, ingredients list, distributor: www.puffvita.lt. No safety information for the user, pictograms and warnings, batch number / production data or expiry date.
