What is the danger
The toy is made of small parts (balls) with a high magnetic flux. If a child swallows them, they could attract one another causing intestinal blockage or perforation.
Requirements breached
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.

Product
- Description
- Ball cube consisting of 216 magnetic balls with a size of 3 mm each, with 36 balls per side; all the balls are attracted to each other by magnetic force. The product is sold online.
- Packaging
- The product folded into a cube shape is wrapped in plastic film and placed in a foam case. This case is placed in a tin box with a lid, in the middle of which there is a transparent window so that the toy inside can be clearly seen.
