What is the danger
The electrical insulation as well as the clearance /creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient. In addition, the input protective earth is not connected to output protective earth, hence continuity of protective earth does not occur. The user could receive an electric shock from accessible (live) parts.
