What is the danger
The product's enclosure has no heat protection and can therefore overheat and melt, hence live parts will become accessible. Furthermore, the protective earthing connection is not adequately secured and the earthing resistance is not adequate, hence accessible parts will become live. A user may touch the product and receive an electric shock, or get burned.
