What is the danger
Lightning chains' control box is easily open by hand, which makes live parts accessible. The cable is not properly anchored to the control box, it is too thin and has inadequate insulation. The user could touch accessible live parts, which may cause an electric shock. Moreover, the cable could overheat, leading to fire.
