What is the danger

The product's mains cable lacks the appropriate insulation and is insufficiently anchored. The cover of controller could be easily opened without any tools and is not water resistant. The dielectric strength is insufficient. As a result, accessible parts can become live and the user could receive an electric shock from them. Moreover, the cables are too thin and could overheat, increasing the risk of fire.
