What is the danger
A build-up of condensation in the actuator compartment can result in metallic parts of the flat roof window construction being conductive. Live parts may become accessible, the user may receive an electric shock.

- Mains powered, remote-controlled flat roof window. To be installed in ceilings at a minimum height of 2.5 meters from the floor. Sold between July 2021 and April 2023. The affected products are marked with the combination of the product name CVU and the 7th and 8th digits of the product code.
