What is the danger
The clearance and creepage distances between the primary and accessible secondary circuits are not sufficient and there is only one layer of tape between the primary and the secondary windings. Furthermore, the dielectric strength of the transformer is insufficient. The user could touch accessible live parts and receive an electric shock.
